Maryanne has strong management background covering 20 years and has built relationships in the Government and private sectors. She has the skill necessary to not only listen well but to draw out the needs of clients through open ended questions, easily recognising strengths and limitations, summarising needs with accuracy to move processes forward. Serving on Boards for Human Rights, Diversity and Immigration adds to her ability to manage processes across borders.

Tracy has 20 years’ experience in Executive Search primarily within the financial services industry. Her strengths lie in direct recruitment with the ability to identify highly technical talent not actively seeking new opportunities. Tracy has an extensive international and local talent pool across a broad spectrum of industries and occupations. Tracy has expertise in the local market and is very knowledgeable on Bermuda immigration policy. She holds a Bachelors Degree from Carleton University and is currently pursing her ARe.

Candice holds a BA in Psychology, with work experience as a lead recruiter and staffing manager with major recruitment firms in the US. Core skills in business development, talent assessment, sourcing, recruiting, contract negotiations, metrics, and relationship management to name a few. Candice moved to Bermuda with her Bermudian spouse and has quickly engaged with businesses and candidates.

Melissa C. Furtado is an Immigration Associate in our Work Permit Division. Melissa is meticulous with a keen eye for detail and her superior organizational ability allows her to handle voluminous workloads with accuracy and adeptness. She is experienced in handling Bermuda work permit processes across a wide spectrum of industries with discretion and success.

Mitchell Benza is our Accountant on staff, having an ACCA designation and a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa. Mitchell is dedicated to providing professional accounting services with the highest degree of integrity.
