Kim Wallace-Watler

Kim Wallace-Watler is Director of The Platinum Group Cayman Ltd. and founder of Intuitive Coaching, an HR Consultancy & Coaching practice.
Whether corporate or personal, her 15+ years’ experience in human resources management serves as the foundation of understanding people behavior and problem solving at all levels. Having worked with organizations from 5 to 300 employees, within industries ranging from financial services to real estate development, her experience brings about her passion and energy for collaboration and identifying “win-win” solutions for all involved.
Kim’s core strengths include strong emotional intelligence, passion for people, with the ability to forge effective business relationships (both internally and externally), collaboration and positivity. Guiding principles – to make a difference, being values driven and authentic.


Maryanne R. Scott

Maryanne has strong management background covering 20 years and has built relationships in the Government and private sectors. She has the skill necessary to not only listen well but to draw out the needs of clients through open ended questions, easily recognising strengths and limitations, summarising needs with accuracy to move processes forward. Serving on Boards for Human Rights, Diversity and Immigration adds to her ability to manage processes across borders.

Tracy Shott

Tracy has 20 years’ experience in Executive Search primarily within the financial services industry. Her strengths lie in direct recruitment with the ability to identify highly technical talent not actively seeking new opportunities. Tracy has an extensive international and local talent pool across a broad spectrum of industries and occupations. Tracy has expertise in the local market and is very knowledgeable on Bermuda immigration policy. She holds a Bachelors Degree from Carleton University.
